FreeAgent will be unavailable for around 45 minutes this evening from 21:30 GMT (16:30 EST/13:30 PST) while we release our latest software update.
FreeAgent will be unavailable for around 45 minutes this evening from 23:00 GMT (18:00 EST/15:00 PST) while we release our latest software update. It’s a biggie.
The issue earlier has now been resolved and FreeAgent should now be responding as normal.
We’re now investigating what happened and will work to try and minimise a recurrence of the problem in the future. We’re very sorry for the short period of downtime.
We’re currently experiencing high response times from our web server. We’re investigating it right now and we’ll be back up and running really soon. Very sorry about this.
FreeAgent will be unavailable for up to an hour this evening from 22:00 GMT (17:00 EST/14:00 PST) while we migrate to our new server infrastructure.
